To ensure you are confident about your purchase, we have an Easy Returns & Exchange policy, which gives you enough time to be in no doubt that you have made the right decision of buying jewellery from Shivpath Should you did not like jewellery piece, you can to exchange within 2 Working Days, you can exchange same amount jewellery or higher not less.
No Return Acceptable.

This refund is insited within 7-10 Days working days.This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like diamond certificate & original invoice.
In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn't order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full amount charges after a quality check. If it is indeed an error or a defective product your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.
To initiate return, send us an email to shivpath.co@gmail.com with box unpackaging video.without video we do not accept return order.we will share packing instructions to follow and handover the same to courier person. We don't provide return pick up service.In This case you need to courier package at our office address. Note down the return tracking number.
Shipping Policy
Shipping of the order from www.shivpath.co.in is very safe, secure and hassle free. All our products are insured during the in transit by insurance company.
Every package of product (Jewellery / Gold Coin) purchased from www.shivpath.co.in will reach to your doorstep in a durable condition and in a tamper-proof packing. Our courier partners are Bluedart, Delhivery & Ecom Express. We will dispatch through any of these courier partners depending upon their serviceability in the shipping address.
Inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
Make a video of the unboxing of your shipment for security purposes.
Shivpath will not be responsible for orders collected directly from the delivery hub or anywhere outside the delivery address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from www.shivpath.co.in containing your tracking number and a link to the website's order-tracking page.

Shipping is FREE OF COST across all over India.
Delivery to Identified Person:
Customer needs to enter the correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as stated in their photo identification issued by the Government of India) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle free delivery. As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the below mentioned identity proofs to collect the product:
We make sure that delivery is made with the help of courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient's identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof for identification.
Delivery Location:
Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Recipient’s Residential or Work Location or can be delivered to any nearby PC Jeweller Showroom in India. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, on street etc.
If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable / available, the same will be returned to our facility.
Change in Shipping Address:
If customer wants to change shipping address, they should send an email to shivpath.co@gmail.com
Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non-delivery of product.
